In true It’s a Knockout tradition, the Harvey Electrical Services team took up the Butterwick Hospice challenge one again this year!
The ‘It’s a Knockout’ event was held at Witton Castle in Witton Le Wear this month by the Butterwick Hospice in Bishop Auckland. As proud supporters of the Butterwick Hospice the Harvey Electrical Services team couldn’t wait to take part in the fun, foamy and inflatable games, reminiscent of the 1970’s television show.
Karl Harvey, owner of Harvey Electrical Services took part along with the team, and after many tough rounds they finished second!
Alongside the competing team events, this family fun day hosted fairground rides, market stalls and face painting, all in aid of the Butterwick Hospice.
The Butterwick Hospice provides care for people of all ages who are living with a progressive life limiting illness. All of The Butterwick Hospice’s services are provided free of charge to those diagnosed with illness and to their loved ones, for which they rely upon fund raising events, donations from businesses and the public to fund the care.
Karl said: “The Butterwick Hospice is a charity that is very important to Harvey Electrical Services. They do fantastic work and the support they provide to those in need is phenomenal. We do everything we can to support them. We had a fantastic day, thank you Butterwick for organising such a brilliant annual event. See you next year!”
